Why choose Stockbox for an independent jewellery shop?
Stockbox handles the buying as well as the selling: watch buy-ins, repeat stock, scrap purchases, repairs and customer records. You can keep Shopify or take a Stockbox website, with personal help getting set up. We’ll show you the jobs your shop needs before you decide.
Can I keep my Shopify website when I move to Stockbox?
Yes. Our app syncs products, images, prices, stock, customers, orders and refunds in both directions. You use Stockbox POS at the counter. We check your current apps and product records before connecting the website.
Will you help move our records from Pursuit?
Yes. We review the exports available from your current system, agree what can move and check sample records with you. We also agree how you’ll keep access to any history that stays outside Stockbox.
What does Stockbox cost?
Standard is £450 a month including VAT and includes a Stockbox website. Shopify Store is £300 a month including VAT, with your Shopify charges separate. We’ll confirm setup and any extra work in your quote. See the packages.
Can my staff try Stockbox before we switch?
Yes. We’ll visit your shop and give your team a month’s demo-store access. Try a watch buy-in, a repair and a sale using sample stock. We plan the live move after you’ve had a proper look.
